Who this applies to
If you live in a US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), you have the rights described below. DealNest honors these choices for all US visitors where practical.
Personal information we collect
Identifiers: name, email address and company details you give us through forms or newsletter sign-up.
Internet activity: pages viewed, deals opened and coupon codes copied, collected only when you allow analytics cookies.
Commercial information: affiliate referral data showing that a visit came from DealNest (collected by affiliate networks when you click a merchant link).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
DealNest does not sell personal information for money. However, marketing and affiliate cookies may let partners track referrals or show ads, which some state laws treat as a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time using "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer, which turns off marketing cookies on this device.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and we switch off marketing cookies automatically.

How to make a request
Send a request through our Contact page and choose "Privacy request", or email the address listed in our footer. We will verify your identity by confirming your email address before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Retention
We keep enquiries and newsletter records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link.
Minors
DealNest is not directed at children under 16, and we do not sell or share personal information of consumers we know are under 16.
Shine the Light (California)
California residents may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not do this.
